**Senior Manager of QA Technical Operations**
The Senior Manager of QA Technical Operations leads a dedicated team responsible for quality assurance projects, cell banking, technology transfer processes, and the maintenance of site engineering. This role involves overseeing team members, conducting risk assessments, and guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements throughout technical transfers and inspections. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical operations, with previous management experience being essential. A deep understanding of cGMP regulations and familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the FDA or EMA is a must.
