**Director of Operations**
The Director of Operations will oversee a portfolio of 8-12 veterinary hospitals, emphasizing operational efficiency, financial success, and team development. This role requires collaboration with hospital leadership to foster growth, manage profit and loss, and facilitate the seamless integration of new practices. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site operational management within a high-growth healthcare environment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while an MBA is strongly preferred. The role involves significant travel, requiring availability for up to 70% of the time.
