**Director of Operations**

This role requires collaboration with hospital leadership to foster growth, manage profit and loss, and facilitate the seamless integration of new practices. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site operational management within a high-growth healthcare environment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while an MBA is strongly preferred. The role involves significant travel, requiring availability for up to 70% of the time.
