Job Title: Harm Reduction Specialist
The Harm Reduction Specialist offers engagement and support services to participants in the program through a harm reduction framework while also providing consultation and training for the staff. Key responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, creating service plans, implementing crisis interventions, and ensuring precise documentation of client interactions. Applicants must possess a CASAC certification along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as social work, psychology, or mental health counseling. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with populations with special needs is necessary.
