Job description
**Director of QA**
The Director of QA is the leader of the Quality Unit, responsible for overseeing the quality systems, product release, and adherence to regulatory guidelines for the production of OTC drugs and cosmetics. This position requires the oversight of the entire Quality department, budget management, and maintaining a state of readiness for inspections by regulatory agencies such as the FDA. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a cGMP drug manufacturing setting, which includes at least 5 years in a leadership position. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, and 11, along with proven experience in managing regulatory inspections.
