Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the administration of the facility’s therapy program, ensuring efficient staffing, adherence to clinical regulations, and operational effectiveness. This role involves delivering direct patient care, promoting teamwork, and contributing to facility-wide marketing strategies and quality enhancement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the therapy program within the facility.
- Ensure proper staffing and compliance with clinical standards.
- Monitor and enhance operational performance of the rehabilitation services.
- Provide direct care to patients as needed.
- Encourage a cooperative team environment and unity among staff members.
- Support initiatives related to facility marketing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a valid license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferred candidates will have prior leadership experience in long-term care or rehabilitation environments.
