**Director of Rehabilitation**
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees and directs the rehabilitation department, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care while aligning with financial and regulatory objectives. This role encompasses staff management, departmental planning, compliance monitoring, and nurturing positive interactions with facility management and the surrounding community. Applicants should possess a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology, or a high school diploma/GED for those seeking positions as Rehab Technicians. A minimum of two years of pertinent work experience along with a valid state license in the applicable field is essential.
