Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the leadership and management of the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care while achieving financial and regulatory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise departmental staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with facility administration.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance rehabilitation services.
- Monitor departmental performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Qualifications
- Possession of a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology; a high school diploma is required for Rehab Technicians.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the rehabilitation field.
- A valid state license to practice in the relevant therapy discipline.
