Job description
**Director of Resource Development & Marketing**
The Director of Resource Development & Marketing will spearhead and manage the organization’s philanthropy efforts, which includes overseeing donor engagement and supervising contracted fundraising partnerships. This role is tasked with implementing a robust fundraising strategy, managing the lifecycle of grants, and directing the brand and marketing approach of the organization. Ideal candidates should possess 5-7+ years of advanced experience in fundraising and communication leadership within the nonprofit sector. A bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field is preferred, complemented by a demonstrated history of successful major gift solicitation and capital campaign oversight.
