The Director of Strategic Growth and Outreach plays a crucial role in formulating and implementing strategies aimed at expanding patient acquisition across a variety of clinical locations. This position requires the development of referral networks, management of regional growth teams, and collaboration with cross-departmental leadership to support continuous market growth. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in healthcare development, growth strategies, or patient enrollment. A demonstrated track record in managing teams across multiple markets and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence analytics is essential.
