Job description
**Director of Tax**
The Director of Tax will spearhead the creation and execution of thorough tax policies aimed at ensuring adherence to U.S. regulations while effectively reducing tax obligations. This position requires the oversight of tax submissions, management of audits, and the provision of strategic tax advice to senior leadership and various business units. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a CPA certification; a Master’s degree in taxation is advantageous. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive tax experience within corporate or public accounting is essential.
