Job description
The Member Team Lead plays a critical role in supporting management by supervising team members, monitoring day-to-day activities, and ensuring exceptional service for members. This position includes responsibilities such as managing membership sales, processing financial documents, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the designated area. To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, including operating front-end equipment, as well as 6 months of experience in customer service.
