The Director will lead strategic partnerships with defense integrators to integrate AI technology into mission-critical platforms and systems. They are responsible for developing a unified portfolio strategy, generating demand for AI capabilities, and overseeing program execution from rapid prototyping to program of record. Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in defense programs with expertise in DoD mission systems integration and an active U.S. Secret clearance. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, along with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
