**Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition**
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for crafting and executing thorough recruitment strategies while overseeing a team and managing their own set of job requisitions. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership to enhance workforce planning, strengthen employer branding, and implement scalable recruitment procedures. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 10 years of advanced recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong background in the data center, construction, or engineering sectors is essential, as well as proficiency in recruitment technologies and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
