Job description
In this position, you will manage and address intricate Level 3 technical escalations pertaining to infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and security domains. The role includes engaging directly with clients, keeping comprehensive records, and pinpointing areas for enhancing service reliability. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, demonstrating substantial knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking. A solid understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, and scripting is essential, as well as outstanding proficiency in English communication.
