The Director oversees hospital utilization management, transition management, and case management operations to ensure efficient patient throughput and regulatory compliance. They also manage psychosocial needs and collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to optimize financial and clinical outcomes. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration, or a Master’s in Social Work, along with an active RN or LCSW/LMSW license. A minimum of 3 years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience is required.
