**Job Title: District Sales Leader**
The District Sales Leader is responsible for managing the daily functions of delivery drivers, guaranteeing adherence to DOT regulations and enhancing departmental effectiveness. This role involves guiding team members, streamlining delivery routes, and introducing process enhancements to achieve safety and service objectives. Applicants should have a minimum of four years of supervisory experience in distribution or logistics and must hold a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with an associate degree being favored.
