**Commercial Insurance Producer**
The Commercial Insurance Producer is tasked with spearheading the growth of new business by actively seeking prospects, networking, and cultivating a portfolio of clients within an independent agency. This role requires the development of robust relationships with both clients and underwriters, while embodying an entrepreneurial spirit to meet sales targets. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within an insurance brokerage and hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive growth mindset and the willingness to travel for client meetings.
