Job description
The District Sales Manager plays a crucial role in guiding a team of Account Sales Managers to enhance sales performance and guarantee successful execution at retail locations. This position entails establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), performing routine field training rides, and promoting a cooperative workplace environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery management and a background in overseeing sales teams. A current US Driver’s License and a DOT Medical card are mandatory, as well as the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
