Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in managing the operations of each shift, focusing on cost and inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position involves guiding the team to achieve performance targets while ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and protocols. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle that is insured. The position also demands physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet throughout the shift.
