Job Summary
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring efficiency in cost management, inventory oversight, and cash control. This role includes managing personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage costs, inventory, and cash flow.
- Schedule staff and handle hiring processes.
- Conduct training for new employees and ongoing training for current staff.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of one year of restaurant management experience.
