Job Summary
The General Manager oversees the entire operation of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects, from financial management to staff development, are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost management, inventory tracking, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement staffing schedules.
- Train team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards and policies.
- Recruit and onboard new staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong multitasking capabilities.
- Preferred to have a minimum of one year of experience in restaurant management.
