Job description
The Doula Navigator is responsible for overseeing care management and coordination for patients during pregnancy and the postpartum period, which includes outreach initiatives, assessments, and making referrals. This position will also involve raising community awareness through both in-person and virtual engagements at clinics and various community events. Ideal candidates should be certified birth doulas with 1-2 years of experience in community health or social work, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency with technology, excellent communication abilities, and the willingness to travel within designated counties are essential for this role.
