**Job Title: Doula Navigator**
The Doula Navigator will support the care management and navigation for pregnant and postpartum individuals through proactive outreach, comprehensive assessments, and coordination with healthcare professionals. This role also involves fostering community engagement and developing relationships through direct outreach at clinics and local events. Ideal candidates should hold certification as birth doulas, have 1-2 years of experience in community health or social work, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency with technology, a dedication to advancing maternal health equity, and the willingness to travel within designated counties in Texas are essential for this position.
