Job description
**Driver Trainee**
In this role, the Driver Trainee will be responsible for operating tender trucks, aiding in the delivery of agronomy products, and handling general maintenance of facilities and grounds. They will also ensure precise record-keeping and provide backup support for equipment applicators as needed. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and should demonstrate excellent communication and time management abilities. A physical capability to lift over 40 pounds and perform manual labor tasks, including climbing and bending, is essential.
