**Job Title: Operations Superintendent**
The Operations Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that production goals, safety protocols, and quality standards are consistently achieved. This position provides guidance to frontline supervisors, oversees the distribution of resources, and promotes initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 5 years of operational experience is required, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
