**Keyholder**
The Keyholder plays a vital role in enhancing store operations through outstanding customer service, fostering relationships, and ensuring that the store is clean and visually appealing. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store as well as aiding in the training of new employees. Candidates should be capable of performing sales associate tasks, meeting personal sales targets, and showcasing a solid understanding of the products. This position requires flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and on weekends.
