Student externs will support supervising veterinarians in delivering patient care which includes conducting physical examinations, performing diagnostics, and assisting in surgical procedures. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to learn about practice management, effective client communication, and maintaining medical records. Candidates must be veterinary students at any level of their education. This program welcomes students who are looking for clinical year externships or casual experiential learning opportunities.
