Job description
**Job Title**: Program Facilitator
In this role, you will lead interactive sessions that encompass fitness, STEAM initiatives, and educational programs, all while ensuring a secure and stimulating atmosphere for children. You will also assist with operational tasks, which include monitoring attendance, handling registrations, and overseeing staff. Ideal candidates should hold a degree or qualification in early childhood education or a comparable discipline, in addition to having proven experience in teaching and supervising staff. Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting weights of up to 50 lbs, is required.
