**Job Title: Team Leader**
The Team Leader plays a crucial role in aiding store management by mentoring team members, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing designated areas of the sales floor. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that operational standards are upheld during their shifts. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail and possess excellent interpersonal skills; experience in a supervisory role and knowledge of farming or pet care are preferred. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
