Job description
The Early Learning Director and Lead Teacher is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the program, ensuring adherence to state regulations, and coordinating staff schedules. This role also involves leading interactive educational activities and fostering ongoing communication with families about their children’s developmental progress. Ideal candidates should hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree or a valid credential in early childhood education, coupled with experience in teaching and staff management. It is essential for applicants to be able to pass a background check and fulfill physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
