**Program Director**
The Program Director is responsible for guiding and overseeing the therapy department, managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring clinical excellence. This role involves collaborating with facility leadership to maintain compliance with regulations while prioritizing resident-focused care. Applicants should possess a degree in an accredited therapy field and have a valid state license or be eligible for one. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong clinical abilities and leadership qualities, as well as the capacity to carry out physical tasks associated with therapy.
