Job description
**Painter’s Assistant**
The Painter’s Assistant plays a key role in getting vehicles ready for painting, selecting color matches, and applying paint as guided by management. Responsibilities also include upkeep of the paint mixing area and booth, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained, and following safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates who possess 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused setting. This position necessitates physical capabilities, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in activities such as bending, reaching, and squatting.
