This position also involves executing preventive maintenance and providing guidance to apprentices to promote equipment reliability and safety standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. A journeyman certification is desirable, as is a solid comprehension of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
