Job Summary
The Lead Engineer will oversee the floor planning, IP integration, and the incorporation of digital, RF, and mmWave components into integrated circuit (IC) top levels. This role necessitates collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on schedule and that design tape-outs are successful.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of floor planning for IC designs.
- Integrate IP components and digital/RF/mmWave blocks into the top levels of ICs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and ensure successful outcomes for design tape-outs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing CMOS integrated circuits.
- Proficient in using Cadence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Formal training in digital layout design is highly desirable.
