Job Summary
This role involves the design and development of highly reliable avionics components for the Starship program. The responsibilities encompass the entire lifecycle of the project, from capturing requirements and schematic design to prototyping and conducting tests. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be essential to optimize hardware performance, manufacturability, and reliability under extreme conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design reliable avionics components for the Starship.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of the component development, including requirements gathering and schematic design.
- Create prototypes and carry out testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance hardware efficiency and reliability.
- Address manufacturing considerations to ensure the components can be produced effectively in various environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of one year of experience in circuit board or electronics design, development, or testing.
