Job Summary
The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for managing the design, integration, and testing of advanced electronic hardware tailored for Department of Defense (DoD) missile defense and aerospace projects. In this capacity, the engineer will guide a team throughout the entire development process while upholding strict adherence to military and aerospace regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and integration of complex electronic systems.
- Lead team efforts throughout the complete development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with military and aerospace standards during project execution.
- Facilitate the qualification of electronic hardware for DoD applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical hardware design.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
