**Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer**
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting plant operations through the design and development of machinery, tooling, and fixtures while spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement. This position involves identifying and resolving production challenges, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong skills in 3D CAD software, data analysis, and systematic problem-solving techniques are essential.
