Job Summary
The Electrical Engineering Supervisor leads a team of engineers to guarantee that projects are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and uphold superior technical standards. This role is pivotal in managing design methodologies, cultivating client partnerships, and executing personnel management duties, including recruitment and evaluating employee performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality throughout the engineering processes.
- Manage and enhance design practices within the team.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster collaboration.
- Handle various human resource responsibilities such as hiring new talent and conducting performance assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Field experience is highly desirable.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
