**Eligibility Supervisor**
The Eligibility Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of the Eligibility Unit, ensuring thorough assessments of program applications and efficient handling of caseloads. This role includes offering technical support, tracking team performance, and executing strategies to comply with federal and state regulations. Applicants should possess either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of three years of experience in case management, public assistance, or similar governmental programs. A solid understanding of MS Office, along with exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication abilities, is essential for this position.
