Job description
The Career Success Director plays a crucial role in organizing, overseeing, and managing administrative and programmatic functions associated with safety, residential life, transportation, and recreational activities. This position also includes responsibility for staff training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that all assigned departments comply with contractual obligations. Applicants should hold a post-secondary degree and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role. Strong communication abilities, computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are also essential for candidates.
