**Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist**
In this role, the Employee Relations Specialist will spearhead employee relations projects, carry out investigations within the workplace, and address employee issues while guaranteeing consistent application of policies. The position also plays a vital role in supporting fundamental HR operations, including payroll management, employee onboarding, and workforce analytics, to uphold compliance and enhance operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and have between 3 to 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years focused on employee relations. Expertise in multi-state employment regulations, particularly those applicable in California and Nevada, is essential, along with strong skills in investigation and analysis.
