Job description
**Employee Relations Manager**
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for delivering HR leadership and guidance across various locations, spearheading efforts in performance management and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role will act as the key authority on labor relations, overseeing union grievances and engaging in collective bargaining and contract negotiations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of escalating experience in Human Resources, particularly within a unionized environment. A bachelor’s degree or HR certification is desirable, coupled with a solid understanding of employment law, and the capability to work on-site full-time.
