Responsibilities
- Defend employers in employment-related disputes, including cases of discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
- Oversee discovery processes in legal cases.
- Draft substantial motions to support legal arguments.
- Offer compliance guidance to clients regarding employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Between 3 to 8 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Must hold a valid license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Possess strong analytical abilities, research proficiency, and excellent writing skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
