Job Summary
The Endoscopic OR Systems Field Service Technician II is responsible for providing dedicated onsite support to operating room (OR) teams, specifically focusing on advanced endoscopic systems and OR1 integration setups. This role entails working closely with various personnel, including biomeds and clinical teams, to enhance equipment usage and maintenance while also documenting service activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist OR teams by offering expertise on advanced endoscopic systems and OR1 integrations.
- Provide guidance to biomeds regarding the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Record and document all service activities accurately to maintain a comprehensive service history.
- Collaborate with sales, field service, and clinical teams to promote optimal equipment functionality and utilization.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in providing technical support and service within a healthcare or surgical setting.
- Strong understanding of endoscopic systems and OR integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document service activities meticulously.
