Job description
Endoscopy RN
Location: Multiple locations in the Cleveland area
Pay: Up to $2160/week depending on location (40 hrs/days)
The Endoscopy Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy. The nurse ensures patient safety before, during, and after procedures while assisting physicians and maintaining a sterile, efficient procedural environment.
Endoscopy RN Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning
Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards
Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions
Endoscopy RN Requirements:
Active OH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
18 mos of recent Endoscopy RN experience required; 18 mos of PERM Endoscopy RN experience prior to travel
BLS certification
