Job Summary
The Engineer II plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of tooling solutions, such as fixtures and jigs, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of large-scale assembly operations. This position involves collaboration with various teams to facilitate new product introductions, initiatives for continuous improvement, and the creation of engineering documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tooling solutions to streamline assembly operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product launches.
- Support continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE software applications.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Capability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.
