**Engineering Manager**
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the upkeep and functioning of a 40-acre resort facility, encompassing all structures, landscapes, and mechanical systems. This position leads preventive maintenance initiatives, directs the engineering staff, and guarantees adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in hotel or resort engineering and a high school diploma or equivalent. A solid understanding of building systems and mechanical equipment is essential, along with the capability to perform physical activities, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
