**Job Title: Engineering Operations Manager**
The Engineering Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of ultra-pure water systems by overseeing both daily maintenance and production processes. This position involves leading technical teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and promoting ongoing enhancements in system reliability and overall performance. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering and have 5-10 years of experience in industrial operations. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2-4 years of experience in a leadership capacity and be skilled in utilizing CMMS/EAM systems.
