Job Summary
The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for enhancing product performance, manufacturability, and reliability, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position involves cross-functional collaboration to oversee labeling projects and assist with second sourcing efforts aimed at minimizing risks.
Responsibilities
- Enhance product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to manage labeling projects.
- Support second sourcing initiatives for effective risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in the development of medical devices.
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO regulatory standards.
