Job description
**Job Title: Engineering Supervisor**
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for managing daily maintenance tasks to ensure that the resort’s facilities and amenities uphold high luxury standards. This position emphasizes effective leadership of the team as well as practical technical assistance. Key responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance initiatives, organizing repair work, and promoting a safety-conscious and high-performance environment among the engineering personnel. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a leadership capacity, along with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additionally, strong knowledge of building systems is essential, and candidates must be able to secure a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification within 30 days of employment.
