Job description
**Senior Estimator**
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for steering the estimating and preconstruction efforts for dredging projects. This role involves creating precise bids and formulating project strategies. The individual will also work closely with operational teams and project managers to ensure a smooth transition of projects and contribute to continuous cost assessments. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in dredging or marine construction, including at least 3 years focusing on estimating. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office is also essential.
